Build your dream car and drive through the '90s. Keikaku計画 is a simulation game where you get to experience both authentic car building and life in Japan, and rise to become a '90s street legend.
Keikaku focuses on bringing you as a player to the roots of truely Japanese car culture and way of living in the 90s.
This is my personal passion project to truly understand the real Japanese car culture and to also bring that to anyone playing this game.
